    Litchfield County’s rejuvenated dairy cooperative boasts smiling cows and goats. Small, local farms are the backbone of our food supply and our community. They are neighbors and friends. Premier delicacy cheeses, yogurts, and ice creams are crafted using local milk, in small artisan batches, orginating with farms that feature “the cows around the corner”!

Our Mission

We turn locally produced cow and goat milk into wonderful cheese and yogurt. Every drop of milk is produced on local, state licensed and inspected, farms. We haul it all back to our on-farm creamery and make it into cheese and yogurt that often draws praise as “the best we have ever had”!
