We start with our own feta, made right here in our creamery.  Then we infuse garlic into olive oil and put 8 oz of feta cubes into the jar, pour over the olive oil, and make sure a few cloves of garlic make it into every jar.  Keep the feta covered with oil (whatever you are using to cook with is fine) as you use oil.  And save the oil!  Use it on salads.  Cook with it.  It is delicious by itself!

Tip: This feta is much softer and less salty tasting than the feta you find in the grocery store.
